Worrying about something that may or may not happen tomorrow ruins today. While it’s totally normal to worry, today I give some tips on how to shift out of those fear-based thoughts. 

In today’s episode of the Spark Your Light Podcast, we’ll discuss:  

  • Letting go of things that are not in your control
  • How frequency, vibration and manifestation are limited by worrisome thoughts
  • Shifting out of worry when you feel it coming on

It’s completely natural for fear to arise because if there was a way to eliminate fear, there would be no such thing as courage. However, if you can shift out of worry faster and let go of the things you cannot control, you’ll have many more happy days.
