Do you know the impact and influence your thoughts have over your life? After all, your thoughts form your actions and your actions form your life. So what if you encounter a negative thought that repeats itself over and over?

You can overcome it by directly attacking it with a more empowering belief. You can't simply ignore it because what you resist, persists. Say out loud an affirmation that contradicts that negative thought.

Because when you say an affirmation that counteracts the negative thought, that will take up the space of your conscious mind and there will be no room left for the negative thought to squeeze in.
