"Does reading one book a week seem like a really crazy goal
to you? Maybe you should start where you are. Don't leap into a
goal that feels too big, to the point where you're going to be
discouraged and just give up. It's better to start with a smaller
goal and take baby steps towards a bigger goal in the future. When
you set goals, I encourage you to think about what feels light, and
easy, yet exciting and inspiring and makes you want to work really
hard to achieve it."
